TVB: Scammers falsify TVB interviews with Li Ka-shing to promote cryptocurrency investments

Comparing news, according to Hong Kong Television and Broadcasting Limited (TVB), fake news reports have recently appeared on the Internet, claiming that Li Ka-shing shared her cryptocurrency investment experience on TVB news programs. The false report mimics the layout of a local English-language media website, claiming that HK$2,000 can be invested in one million returns within four months through a specific cryptocurrency platform.

The report also fictionalized the circumstances where the Hong Kong Monetary Authority had intervened and blocked related content. TVB has reported this fraud to the police and called on the public to be vigilant and carefully verify information from unknown sources.
