China's National Cyber Security Notification Center issued an OpenCLAW security risk warning
According to monitoring data from China's National Network and Information Security Information Notification Center, there are currently more than 200,000 active OpenCLAW Internet assets worldwide, including about 23,000 domestic active OpenCLAW Internet assets, showing an explosive growth trend, mainly in areas with intensive Internet resources such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, Zhejiang, Sichuan, and Jiangsu. A large number of OpenCLAW assets exposed to the Internet present significant security risks, making them easy targets for cyber attacks. Among them, the behavior of agents is uncontrollable, and control is very difficult. The OpenCLAW agent is prone to loss of control of authority during execution of instructions, causing unauthorized execution of tasks and ignoring user instructions. It may delete user data, steal user information, and take over user terminal equipment, causing major financial losses.
