Inveniam Capital Partners Plans to Acquire MANTRA

Comparing news, MANTRA, a layer 1 blockchain focused on tokenizing real-world assets, will be acquired by its strategic investor, Inveniam. The two parties announced the deal on Tuesday.

The deal comes after MANTRA's native token experienced a major crash in 2025, after which the company restructured and implemented layoffs. Prior to MANTRA's restructuring in August last year, Inveniam had invested $20 million in it.
