BitTorrent launches long-term BTT buyback program, 100% of decentralized business revenue will be repurchased on a quarterly basis

In comparison, BitTorrent officially announced that it will fully launch a long-term BTT token repurchase program in the third quarter of 2026. According to the plan, 100% of the revenue generated by the BitTorrent decentralized service will be used for BTT token buybacks on a quarterly basis, with the aim of injecting long-term and stable liquidity support into the token ecosystem.

At the same time, after each repurchase is completed, the government will issue a detailed on-chain audit report to ensure that the flow of funds and the entire process of execution are open and transparent. The launch of this landmark initiative not only strengthens BTT's value anchoring as the core asset of the ecosystem, but also marks the official entry of the BitTorrent ecosystem into a new stage of “revenue-driven and value-fed” sustainable development.
