Comparing news, BanceBit posted an article on the X platform saying that the team discovered a problem affecting the BounceBit Chain, suspended node deployment and repair procedures, and BB transactions and exchange deposits and withdrawals are temporarily unavailable.

Officials emphasized that the problem was limited to the chain itself. CeDeFi applications, smart contracts, and vaults were not affected, and no private keys were leaked or users' wallets were damaged. The chain upgrade is scheduled for August 23 at 17:00 UTC+8.
