Update the customized ID's valid character set to letters plus numbers. Users can register a string with a special meaning as an identifier for a customized ID and use that ID as the DID for the team or organization, and issue a certificate through this DID. When the management of the team or organization needs to be transferred, there is no need to change the organization's DID, and the manager can be replaced directly by transferring ownership of the DID.
