Last week, the SpringX MOVE participants officially closed their camp in Singapore and completed their final closed-door training, Demody, and VC Meetup. Let's take a look back at this three-month acceleration journey!

In April in Hong Kong, the ten founders and co-founders met with the co-founders. Aptos co-founder Avery Ching, Aptos Foundation Asia Pacific head Jerome, ABCDE co-founder and partner BMAN, and SevenX Ventures founding partner Eraser each delivered speeches at the opening event. They thoroughly analyzed the development of the Aptos ecosystem, the trend of the 2024 market cycle, and its development strategy

Meanwhile, mentors and founders had intensive discussions behind closed doors for over 25 hours. The exchange covered topics such as industry macroscopes, financing roadshows, economic models, market value management, regional growth, and product operation. Through in-depth and professional sharing, participants quickly improved their understanding and mastery of Web3 entrepreneurship strategies.

• Hailstone Labs Executive Director @ScarlettThe various difficulties that entrepreneurs may encounter in financing and roadshows were explained in detail, and the styles and financing strategies of investors in the Asia-Pacific region were analyzed.

• SevenX Ventures Director @Yinghao, ABCDE Head of Advisory @JonOne-on-one project roadshow presentation coaching was provided, and targeted suggestions were provided on the roadshow presentation and narration.

• ex Gate Labs CIO @MauriceVarious economic model design methods in the industry were analyzed, and project founders were encouraged to find economic models that combined the unique characteristics of their projects.

• GSR Business Development @ClaireBased on rich project service experience, the Web3 market value management strategy was thoroughly analyzed.

• Newman Capital Partner @KyleThe key elements, pitfalls, and solutions for building a global team in the crypto industry were shared from the perspective of an entrepreneur and investor.

• Aries Market Founder & CEO @GabrielCombining his entrepreneurial journey, he shared his unique insights and practical experience in ecosystem building, product iteration, and market growth.

• Coin68 & Kyros Ventures COO @JennyThe characteristics and growth strategies of the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets were thoroughly introduced to help entrepreneurs better connect with local communities, developers, KOLs, and media.

  
  

Mentor sharing

In May, SpringX MOVE Accelerator began a North American exchange tour in Silicon Valley. The founders visited Aptos headquarters in Silicon Valley and had in-depth exchanges and collaborations with Aptos core founding team members, including:

• Avery Ching, Co-Founder and CTO @AptosLabs:He shared his personal career development experience and team management plans.
  

• Zach, Aptos Foundation Head of Eco/Grants:Explains how the Aptos team is building its ecosystem of developers and applications.

• David and Greg, Notable Engineer @AptosLabs:Led the Aptos engineering team to share their interesting experiences in the tech industry.

• Bashar, Head of the Aptos Foundation Grants:It explains how startups can get ecosystem funding and support from Aptos.

• Haley, Marketing Team @AptosLabs:We shared how Aptos achieved market growth in various regions around the world and how ecosystem projects received official Aptos market support.

In addition to this, we also invited the founders of several Web3 ecosystem representative projects to share and exchange:

• Adam, co-Founder @ThalaLabs:Every MOVE founder was provided with excellent advice on product growth and token strategies.

• Alex, Co-Founder @EconiaLabs:He shared his inspiration for building Econia products and developing on Aptos.

• Jack, Founder @Aspecta:He shared his experience and personal journey through the four funding rounds that Aspecta went through. Additionally, he provided valuable advice to founders on how to effectively pitch to venture capital as an early-stage startup.

In addition to intense courses and sharing, relaxed team building activities are essential. The MOVE founders not only visited Stanford, a famous startup school, but also participated in Bay Area Buidlers Night organized by Aptos Labs. At the event, the founders fully met Aptos Labs members and met many Buidlers active in the Web3, AI, and other tech industries in the Bay Area.

At the end of June, SpringX MOVE welcomed its final stop — Singapore. Before the trip began, the MOVE founders worked closely with the SpringX team. Niels, founder of BuidlerDAO & SpringX, and Jane, head of investment and research, thoroughly discussed product solutions, token economy design, GTM, narrative, and financing strategies with 10 projects to help them better prepare for the financing roadshow.

As part of this accelerator training, we will be teaching with a specially invited mentorIt focuses on various modules such as compliance and security, economic model design, listing strategy, strategic development, and market value management.

• Alrick, Co-Founder @Berru, ex Coinhako:They shared issues such as individual and institutional compliance establishment, corporate governance and risk management in Singapore to help founders grow in compliance

• Dana @Spartan:Based on years of experience in investment and project consulting, content related to economic model design, financing and listing was shared

• Eli @ex Binance & Coin.ph:They shared their insights on economic model design and provided on-site economic model design advice and guidance for entry projects

• Patrick CEO @Coinseeker:Based on his many years of continuous entrepreneurship and angel investor experience, he shared strategies for operating projects in a bear market to address the issues the founders are concerned about in a targeted manner

• Yang @ShadowLabs:From the perspective of MM's first-line strategy, they shared their experience on how to cooperate with projects to achieve good market value management

At the end of our trip to Singapore, we invited over 20 Singaporean investors to the SpringX MOVE Accelerator VC Meetup Day. Here, each selected project focused on showcasing their products and solutions; after the presentation, investors and each project team conducted multiple rounds of 1v1 Speed Dating for 15 minutes to learn more about the SpringX MOVE entry project to help entrepreneurs better obtain financing support.

More than an accelerator, SpringX is a real network of founders. During the three-month offline course and activities, the connections between MOVE founders were deepened, and many of the founders have become deep partners and friends with each other on their way to starting a business.

As the “team leader” of SpringX MOVE, Giga, the founder of W3Agent AI, spontaneously organized a series of online and offline events during the acceleration period, gathering founders distributed in different regions to share their entrepreneurial experiences and exchange product ideas, so that knowledge and resources can flow freely here.

Troy, founder of Traders.tech, has actively connected with the founders of other SpringX accelerators to facilitate communication between projects across time periods.

After three phases of the accelerated journey, the SpringX Founder Network is growing organically! We look forward to more entrepreneurs with dreams and ambitions to join us to build a real founder network!
