In comparison, blockchain network Elastos announced the launch of the Arbiter Network public beta of its Bitcoin Layer2 network BeL2. Arbiter nodes provide time-based transaction supervision and decentralized dispute resolution functions, allowing Bitcoin to remain on the main network while using smart contracts on the EVM blockchain.
