The sanctions document issued by the British side refers to Hu Xiaowei as “Wu Anming,” saying that he is linked to Chen Zhi and the Prince Group, is “Chen Zhi's long-term partner,” and provides financial services, economic resources, and technical support. According to reports, the virtual currency trading platform “SGD” has also been sanctioned. SGD is considered to be one of the largest illegal markets in Southeast Asia, providing cryptocurrency services to fraud centers, including selling stolen personal data and satellite internet devices to contact victims.
