MANTRA was acquired by strategic investor Inveniam, betting on integrating RWA and AI data
Comparatively, according to The Block, MANTRA, a public chain focused on tokenizing RWA assets, will be wholly acquired by its strategic investor, Inveniam Capital Partners, and the deal is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year. Inveniam invested $20 million in MANTRA prior to its restructuring in 2025. MANTRA holds a VASP license issued by the Dubai Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (VARA) to operate a digital asset exchange and provide brokerage, proprietary management and investment services. The Layer 2 network NVNM Chain, which was previously jointly created by the two parties, is positioned to register identity, limit permissions for autonomous AI agents in compliance scenarios, and record on-chain evidence that can be independently verified by supervisors and counterparties.
