New York federal court dismisses SBF appeal
Comparing news, according to ABC News, the New York Federal Court of Appeals on Tuesday upheld SBF's conviction for fraud and conspiracy after its crypto trading platform FTX went out of business.
In 2024, SBF was sentenced to 25 years in prison for planning what the prosecution called one of the biggest financial fraud cases in US history.
