Bitmine announces 17 annual BMNP dividend plans for preferred stocks, with a maximum dividend of $0.2639 per share
In comparison, Ethereum treasury company Bitmine announced that the company's board of directors has approved 17 cash dividend arrangements for its New York Stock Exchange-listed Series A Permanent Preferred Shares (code: BMNP) in 2026. According to the announcement, BMNP holders will receive cash dividends in accordance with preferred stock terms. The dividend period covers August to December 2026. Most of the single dividend amounts are $0.1,847 per share, some periods are $0.1583, and the maximum dividend amount for the final period at the end of the year will reach $0.2639 per share. Bitmine said the relevant dividends will be paid in cash, in accordance with the requirements of the Series A Preferred Stock Designation Clause.
According to reports, BMNP is Bitmine's permanent preferred stock product listed on the NYSE, with a fixed dividend rate of 9.50%. Analysts believe that this continuous dividend payment plan shows that crypto companies are attracting long-term capital through traditional capital market tools and providing investors with cash returns similar to fixed income products.
