Payments giant Stripe announces it has reached an acquisition agreement with AI company OpenRouter

According to Twitter, payment service provider Stripe announced that it had reached an agreement to acquire OpenRouter. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but according to people familiar with the matter, Stripe will acquire the AI startup for more than $7 billion.
