BlackRock earns $2.6 billion in annual revenue through Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs

Comparing news, according to Cointelegraph, data shared by Leon Waidmann, head of research at the non-profit organization Onchain Foundation, on Tuesday showed that BlackRock's total annualized revenue of Bitcoin and Ethereum ETFs reached US$260 million, of which Bitcoin ETFs contributed US$218 million and Ethereum products contributed US$42 million. Waidmann said that the profitability of BlackRock's crypto-themed ETF may push more traditional finance (TradFi) investment giants to launch regulated cryptocurrency trading products. BlackRock's cryptocurrency ETF has become a “benchmark” for institutions and traditional pension funds. Meanwhile, according to Dune's blockchain data, BlackRock's total fund under management assets (AUM) is close to $85 billion, accounting for 57.5% of the US spot Bitcoin ETF market share, ranking first. By contrast, Fidelity's ETF holds only $228 billion in assets, ranking second among US spot Bitcoin ETFs with 15.4% market share.
