Eightco disclosed total assets of $406 million, holding OpenAI shares, 16,000 ETH, and 283 million WLD

In comparison, NASDAQ listed company Eightco Holdings Inc. (stock code: ORBS) announced the latest asset structure as of June 10, 2026, with a total holdings of approximately US$406 million.

The details include indirect ownership of approximately $90 million in OpenAI shares, $18 million in Beast Industries shares, $1 million in Mythical Games shares, 16,278 ETH, 283,452.7 million WLD, and approximately $142 million in cash and equivalents through SPV.

OpenAI submitted confidential S-1 documents on June 8. Eightco board member Thomas said that OpenAI's future IPOs will enable public investors to directly hold shares in one of the most important companies driving artificial intelligence transformation.
