Technical News

Elastos (Trinity)

- Migrate the core plug-in to the desktop version to improve the implementation of the desktop version of Runtime;

- Import the new version of Wallet UI/UX;

- ELA Wallet iOS v1.4.5 released;

- SVP SDK added an interface to obtain the latest block height information;

- Fixed an issue where the wallet might crash under certain circumstances;

- Develop payload modules for new types of proposals, such as changing proposal leaders;

- The development of the multi-signature function has been completed, and related functional tests are ongoing.

Team news

● On August 5, Li Heng, director of the Yilaiyun Foundation, was invited to attend the Blockchain International Standard Development Conference organized by the IEEE (IEEE, Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) Blockchain and Distributed Accounting Standards Committee, and was elected Vice Chairman of the Digital Identity System Framework Technical Working Group. Yilaiyun collaborated with institutions and enterprises such as the IEEE Standardization Association and Huobi Research Institute to thoroughly discuss standards for blockchain digital identity system framework technology to accelerate the standardization and development of blockchain-based decentralized identity systems related to decentralized identity systems.

In setting international standards for blockchain, domestic blockchain systems, including Elastos DID independently developed by Yilaiyun, have become a powerful gripper for singing the “voice of China.” Based on the Elastos ID sidechain, Elastos DID implements a DID solution that meets the requirements of the W3C DID specification. It has self-declaration, autonomous control, anti-tampering, and safe and verifiable full time and space ID management capabilities, and has been widely used in the Elastos ecosystem.

● On August 7, “2020 Cointelegraph Chinese Greater Bay Area · International Blockchain Week” was held in Shenzhen. Han Feng, co-founder of Yilaiyun, stated at a roundtable forum entitled “How to Seize Filecoin's New Commercial Opportunities” that Yilaiyun's vision is to build a second-generation Internet.
