AllScale launches CLI tool, AI agents can complete stablecoin payments with one click

According to the official X account of the self-hosted stablecoin digital bank AllScale, the platform launched the AllScale CLI command line tool, which can complete stablecoin receipt, payment, and account checks on the terminal once installed. On the payee side, a detailed invoice can be sent to any valid email address with a single command. USDT or USDC is supported, and the payee does not need to register or establish a cooperative relationship in advance. On the payment side, users only need to approve the spending limit once, including the single transaction limit, total budget, and expiration date. The script can then run unattended. Each payment will create and fund a Claim Link, and the payee does not need to provide a wallet address; the process is exponential, and tasks that fail midway will not be refunded. Each command prints JSON to the standard output and returns 13 documented exit codes. The script or AI agent can automatically branch the results based on this without a screenshot check page. AllScale says that the CLI can be used in any environment where a shell can run, and is now live on npm, in a package called @allscale /cli.

From 4 models to more than 500, OpenRouter was acquired after growing 30,000 times in three years

From 4 models to more than 500, OpenRouter was acquired after growing 30,000 times in three years

Author: Menlo Ventures Compiled by: Jia Huan, ChainCatcher Original title: Early Investors Behind OpenRouter Revisited Investments Today, OpenRouter announced that it has reached an acquisition agreement with Stripe. OpenRouter was launched in 2023, just over three years ago. OpenRouter was initially launched as a “unified interface for LLM” and only supported 4 models at the time: GPT-3.5, GPT-4, GPT NeoXt and Cohere xlarge by Together. When the company was founded, it was based on two core judgments: first, AI will eventually be used on a large scale and penetrate various fields; second, there will be many different models on the market, each with trade-offs, and users will choose different models according to different needs. As it turned out, both judgments far exceeded expectations at the time. Since its launch, the number of tokens processed by the OpenRouter platform has increased by about 30,000 times. Currently, it has exceeded 4,500 trillion tokens on an annualized basis, and the scale of expenditure on the platform has reached a very impressive level. Meanwhile, the number of models supported by OpenRouter has grown from the original 4 to over 500. Figure: OpenRouter Token usage growth from inception to acquisition Menlo Ventures is fortunate to be part of this journey. In March 2025, we participated in OpenRouter's seed funding round through the Anthology Fund set up in partnership with Anthropic. OpenRouter founder and CEO Alex Atallah previously founded OpenSea, which was once valued at $13.3 billion. His co-founders include tech guru Louis Vichy, whom he met on Discord, and highly executive COO Chris Clark. In May 2025, we led OpenRouter's Series A funding round, with Matt joining the company's board of directors, and Deedy as a board observer. Earlier this year, after seeing OpenRouter's rapid growth in customer numbers and revenue, and the company built a product route with stronger “model intelligence” capabilities around model selection and evaluation, we continued to step up Series B financing. In the tech industry, it often takes years for an idea to change from the judgment of a few people to industry consensus. And just a few weeks ago, this happened: from Ramp to Cursor, more than 10 companies launched their own model routing products almost simultaneously. In just a few years, OpenRouter has become one of the most important companies in the AI era. Picture: Group photo when deciding to lead OpenRouter Round A At first glance, Stripe doesn't seem like the most natural buyer of OpenRouter, but the two companies are actually strikingly similar. Both use an API that can be directly accessed to simplify the otherwise complicated transaction process and charge a certain percentage of the fee. It's just that OpenRouter deals with AI models. As Stripe has always said, the two companies combined and are still doing the same thing: increasing “internet GDP.” In fact, over a year ago, OpenRouter called itself the “Stripe of LLM.” OpenRouter's core value OpenRouter was one of the first companies Deedy came into contact with after joining Menlo in 2024. This company is almost right at the heart of our AI infrastructure investment logic. Menlo presented two judgments necessary to invest in OpenRouter in the 2024 Enterprise AI Report: AI spending will increase dramatically, and developers will not only use one model, but multiple models at the same time. Figure: Menlo's initial contact email to OpenRouter As someone who can also write code and actually use these models, we realized long ago that there is a very clear difference in cost, latency, and performance between the different models...

DingTalk launches AI office app QwenNote, hardware QwenNote A2 revealed

Comparative news, according to the “Reading Best” report, DingTalk is promoting a new AI office application QwenNote (Listen to a Thousand Questions). The application is positioned as an AI portable assistant. It integrates real-time voice transcription, summary, and translation through a combination of software and hardware, and is deeply integrated with AI Agent to embed Agent capabilities into voice input and promote a shift from simple recording to automated execution. The application supports real-time transcription and Chinese-English bilingual recognition and language switching, can generate structured meeting minutes, outlines, and to-do tasks, and has built-in AI Q&A and shortcuts based on memorized materials. QwenNote provides a voice memo function. You need to scan the code to connect to the recording device. Press and hold the button on the back of the device to record inspiration. After the recording is completed, it automatically files, generates a title and brief summary, and marks the time. The product also has an incognito protection mode. Coinbase introduces perpetual contracts to the Base App via Hyperliquid, supporting up to 50x leverage

In comparison, Coinbase announced the introduction of perpetual contract trading into the Base App through Hyperliquid. Eligible users can trade more than 290 perpetual contract markets, supporting up to 50x leverage, covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, and markets related to stocks and commodities. Chintan Turakhia, head of engineering at Coinbase, said that currently perpetual contracts account for about 75% of the total trading volume in the crypto market, and are also the most desired feature for high-frequency users of the Base App. The relevant transactions will be completed within the Base App, but Hyperliquid is responsible for actual execution, and users don't need to leave their existing wallets. Coinbase said that different assets have different maximum leverage ratios, and positions may be liquidated when losses exceed a certain threshold. The product is currently not open to the US, UK, Canada, and other jurisdictions that restrict leveraged crypto derivatives trading. This launch also reflects that Base App's product focus is shifting from its previous emphasis on social and creator features to transactions, payments, and AI agents. Base founder Jesse Pollak previously acknowledged that social and creator tokens did not bring the expected user growth, while predictive markets, perpetual contracts, and stablecoins have instead become stronger drivers of adoption.

Bitwise CIO: AI agents and tokenizing assets may drive a 50-100x increase in blockchain transactions

Comparing news, Bitwise Chief Investment Officer (CIO) Matt Hougan said that the market may seriously underestimate the scale of future blockchain trading activity, and as real-world asset tokenization (RWA) and artificial intelligence agents (AI Agents) reshape the financial market, on-chain transaction volume may increase 50 or even 100 times in the future. In his latest investment memorandum, Hougan pointed out that current crypto investors have three major misconceptions, one of which is underestimating the future coverage of blockchain applications. He believes that traditional assets on the chain and the participation of AI agents in transactions will significantly increase the scale of on-chain activity, and the tokenized stock market alone may lead to a 10-fold increase in trading volume. He pointed out that at present, the traditional stock market is usually only open from 9:30 to 16:00 EST on weekdays, with a weekly trading time of about 33 hours; while tokenized stocks can be traded around the clock, increasing the available trading time to 168 hours per week. If AI agents automatically execute transactions on behalf of investors in the future, the frequency of transactions may increase further. However, Hougan also acknowledged that the increase in transaction time does not mean that trading volume will increase year over year, but artificial intelligence and automated trading may be important factors driving the expansion of on-chain activity. Investors are still mainly evaluating the value of relevant platforms based on the current size of the crypto market, ignoring the potential market expansion brought about by tokenization. For example, the decentralized trading platform Uniswap may expand its scope of services from crypto assets to traditional asset markets such as stocks, bonds, and real estate in the future.
