Crypto trading startup Fomo closes $75 million Series B round at $550 million valuation

According to the “Fortune” report, crypto trading startup Fomo announced the completion of the $75 million Series B round of financing, led by Index Ventures. Union Square Ventures, Zynga co-founder Mark Pincus, Discord CEO Humam Sakhnini, and Eventbrite co-founder Kevin Hartz participated. The company's valuation reached 550 million dollars.

According to reports, Fomo was founded in 2025 by former dYdX team members Paul Erlanger, Se Yong Park, and Prashan Dharmasena.
