Foreside Fund Services, LLC provides portfolio management, financial planning, investment consulting, and review/submission of marketing materials for regulatory review.
Foreside Global Services, LLC provides brokerage services, is registered as a broker with the US SEC, and is a member of the US Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and the US Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC). It provides guardianship services for non-US asset managers, including reviewing all marketing materials provided to US institutional investors.
The three entities provide marketing agency services for five institutional ETFs: ARK 21Shares, Bitwise, Grayscale, WisdomTree, and Hashdex.
