Chain game infrastructure provider Cartridge closes $7.5 million Series A funding round led by Bitkraft Ventures

According to the news, Cartridge, an infrastructure provider for on-chain games and autonomous worlds, closed a $7.5 million Series A round, led by Bitkraft Ventures, with participation from Fabric, Dune, StarkWare, Primitive, and Ergodic. Following the completion of this funding round, Cartridge also announced the launch of Dojo 1.0, an open source development toolset and framework for building verifiable games.

According to reports, Cartridge will support several on-chain games built using Dojo released this summer, including Loot Survivor, Paved, and Dope Wars. Cartridge also announced that it will launch new education and funding programs for developers, including the Dojo Sensei Residency Program, an eight-week training program that will run in New York City.
