According to Twitter, the Ethereum Layer 2 project Taiko announced that the repair plan has been reviewed by independent security experts, and that the main network will resume operation in four steps, including: deploying the repair plan and confirming that the final state of the chain is correct to ensure that there are no forged checkpoints or records submitted by attackers; supplementing cross-chain bridge liquidity to ensure that all L2 assets maintain 1:1 reserves; resuming network operation and reopening L2 transfer, exchange and transaction functions; the Security Committee proposed to lift the suspension of the cross-chain bridge and fully resume asset entry and exit functions.

Taiko said that at the beginning of the reopening, conservative withdrawal limit will be set as an additional security measure, but it is not expected that it will affect users' normal asset operations.
